Return Policy
If
you purchase a product directly from Yuclid,
LLC, you may return the product with 3 days of
receiving the product, as shown by shipping
records, for a full refund
including shipping and handling costs paid to Yuclid, LLC.
Shipping
and handling costs incurred to return the item
can not be reimbursed.
Prior
to Returning products, you must contact our
support department (support@yuclid.com)
and receive a return merchandize authorization
(RMA) number.
After
receiving the RMA number, ship the product
back to Yuclid, LLC at:

The
refund or credit will be given after the
product is received by Yuclid, LLC and is
verified to adhere to the following
conditions:
a)
Product
is returned in original packaging
b)
All
hardware, cables, CDs, manuals and other
materials originally shipped with the product
must be returned in reasonable condition
c) “Warranty”
label covering case enclosure must be intact
and
unbroken

from the date of the purchase of that product
for a refund or credit of the purchase price.
Neither refund nor credit will include
shipping or handling charges paid to Yuclid,
