Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms and conditions may change at any time without prior written notice at Yuclid, LLC’s sole discretion.

1.       Governing Law. THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THERE UNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

2.       Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Yuclid,LLC’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Yuclid,LLC, payment must be received by Yuclid prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services and support may be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method

3.       Shipping Charges: Distinct charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice.

4.       Title; Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from Yuclid, LLC to Customer on shipment from our facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

5.       Warranties. THE LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO YUCLID-BRANDED PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES.

6.       Return Policies. See the Return Policy for a full explanation.

7.       Exchanges. From time to time, Yuclid, LLC may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Contact Support for details.

8.       Applicable Law; Not For Resale or Export. Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use in the United States, and not for resale or export. Sale of the Yuclid Digital Media Consoles are only available to those in the United States.

9.      Service and Support. Yuclid, LLC will provide the best possible service and support that we can provide.  Yuclid realizes that our customers are our number one asset.  To contact customer support, send email to support@yuclid.com and indicate if you would like someone to call you back.

10. Required Equipment.  Customers agree on purchase that they have read and understand the minimum requirements for using the product.  This minimum requirement is a television with A/V inputs.
