180-day Limited Warranty Coverage for the Yuclid Digital Media Console

Yuclid, LLC warrants that its products are free of defects in materials and workmanship.  The limited warranty term is 180-days from the date of the sale. 

Yuclid, LLC will repair or replace products that contain defects in materials or workmanship.  The warranty does not cover damage due to external causes or unintended use, including accident, misuse, service through anyone other than Yuclid, LLC, connection or interaction with components not originally shipped with the product, failure to adhere to instructions listed in the included manual or electrical discharge.

General

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). YUCLID, LLC’S RESPONSIBILITY IN REPLACING OR FIXING DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY.

YUCLID, LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY. USERS ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SOFTWARE AND DATA FUNCTIONALITY AND PRESERVATION.
